Olivia was born in Shanghai, China. She lived in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and immigrated to Tiburon in 1975. She has been marketing luxury properties since 1979. She was #1 agent at Merrill Lynch Realty in the nation among 16,500 agents in the 1980s. She started her own company in 1988 and completed an international real estate study at University of Oxford, England in 1990. Her unique ability and her connections to an affluent clientele are unmatched by others in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her company affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty franchise in 2006 and became Decker Bullock Sotheby’s International Realty with 4 offices and over 80 agents. Her most recent sales (June 2013) was a $13 million home in Portola Valley and a $45 million Italian villa hotel in Positano. Olivia represented both buyers and sellers in both sales. Olivia is a member of San Francisco Opera Guild Board since 1994, a member of Corinthian Yacht Club since 1980, a resident of Belvedere since 1975 and writes a Luxury Event Column and Blog for Haute Living magazine since 2009. She also owned a villa on Lake Como, Italy, two prestigious chateaux in France (The movie Da Vinci Code was filmed in her Chateau Villette near Paris) and currently owns a condo in London.
